From time to time, some necessary update and changes will be affected to our terms and conditions. Therefore we advise you to check it regularly.
All orders should be delivered within 5-14 days after dispatch and if the item is on stock it will be dispatched within 24 hours.There is a possibilty that your package is held up outside of our control due to customs in your country.Sometimes they may quarantine our goods for 48 hours causing a delay with your delivery.

Once the order package has been sent out we will provide you with details on the estimated delivery date for your parcel(s). will make every effort to deliver within the time period quoted. All the dates listed are estimates only. Should an item not arrive within this estimated period, it must be stressed that we cannot investigate the non-arrival of your delivery until 21 Days have expired from our original shipment date. Please allow for some delays if the goods are being dispatched or delivered during busy postage periods of the year (Christmas or Valentines etc.).
Usually we will be offering NEW RELEASES for dispatch on release date. We cannot be hold responsible for the rare event that our release date/content or artwork information is changed by the manufacturers at short notice.
It is possible to order older titles by checking the items available under the release date banner. If the title you are looking for is quoted as being on stock, we can send it out immediately.
Please make sure that you quote us your correct delivery details. is not liable or obliged to resend/refund or exchange the goods at our expense if the package is not able to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address.
Very occasionally there is a small chance that a package is lost in transit or returned to us undelivered. In these cases we will investigate the reasons for the problem and send a replacement at our discretion ,subject to availability. If we find the package is being returned undelivered it could take up to 40 days to be returned to us which could cause a delay in the process. We will do our best to solve it rapidly and send the replacement item as a matter of urgency.
Prices may be altered due to currency fluctuations and supplier price changes and we reserve the right to alter our prices should this happen. However, it will not affect the price of your goods if you ordered BEFORE the prices were changed.
Should a price error occur with the price of an item ordered, it will be dealt with quickly and a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Our speciality is to supply goods on the day they are released, which is usually the date on our new release info. Once your order has been made it is possible to cancel your order until the day of release. Your payment will be reimbursed immediately according to the system your original transaction was made. If you decide to order an item classified as on stock it will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Nevertheless, we reserve the right to check the returned item first before any decision shall be made.
Should the jewel box be cracked or damaged in transit, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
We are happy to accept returned goods if the items delivered are :
a) The wrong product received;
b) Not the item requested according to our website information;
c) Damaged or defective.

Once the returns request has been approved you will receive a returns form and we will mail you an address where you can send the authorised item. All items must be received within 35 days of the item being approved and must include our returns form.
You will receive a credit voucher to cover your postal charges only if you send a postage receipt together with the returned item(s).
If you send back an item that was sent incorrectly, it will only be accepted if returned in an unopened condition. All the seals and wrapping must be intact.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES have a policy of sending the goods with the postage pre-paid. The receiver is liable for all import duties/customs fees and local taxes.
If you are based in Europe it is worth checking the amount per package that can declared without have to pay local V.A.T charges.
In our experience it is rare that these are imposed. There is a chance that you will have to pay these fees before you are able to take delivery of your package. We suggest you check with your local post office or customs officials to find out the situation in your country before purchasing from us.
